Engaging globally for local solutions

We facilitate multi-sector cooperation around water resources and infrastructure by connecting U.S. experts to their global peers for knowledge and innovation exchange.

U.S. Water Partnership (USWP), as a global water solutions center, facilitates a cross-sector approach to address these complex and interconnected water challenges. By combining expert partner inputs, priorities, and strengths, USWP catalyzes innovative solutions to water finance, service delivery, security, and policy concerns.

In Memoriam

General Gordon R. Sullivan

Founder and Chairman of the Board at the Marshall Legacy Institute

We're mourning the passing of USWP NEC member and former Army Chief of Staff Gen. Gordon R. Sullivan. General Sullivan passed away at the age of 86. General Sullivan had a distinguished Army career and was a leader at the Pentagon for the environment and climate security. We were privileged to have had General Sullivan with us at USWP.
